I'm elderly, easily distracted and upset. After having lost my credit card twice last year and been defrauded twice, the bank told me to remove the app. I'm handicapped which makes holding things difficult. I keep dropping what I'm trying to hold. All this puts me at high risk. Sometimes I ask a bank employee to come with me while I withdraw mony from an ATM. I believe that most elderly people should not be using ATMs on their own. This is the most important thing I have to say.

Mine happened a few years ago. My cell phoned was cloned. Two beneficiaries were created and two amounts just short of R10 000 each were stolen. Absa recovered about R10 000. The remainder was my loss.
